Aharn Farang is the term used for International dishes cooked and eaten in Thailand. Although they resemble dishes from where they originated they are nevertheless cooked with a Thai twist which makes them sort of fusion.
Also as a family, although we usually eat Thai food, every now and again we like to try some more International dishes. The dishes in this category are those we made at home that we found exceptional and have adapted with our own twist of Thai.
